Course Structure
Day 1 – Fundamentals, Tools & Safe Disassembly
Repair fundamentals, tools, safe opening procedures, ESD awareness, screw organisation, battery-disconnect-first, visual inspection, connector handling and the basic repair workflow.
Day 2 – Face ID, Software Restoration & Motherboard Schematics
Face ID and TrueDepth fundamentals, paired components and common faults. Basic software restoration and troubleshooting. Beginner schematic reading: components, power lines, connectors, resistors, capacitors, filters and circuit paths.
Introduces schematic reading and fault-tracing basics — this is not an advanced microsoldering course.
Day 3 – Screen, Battery & Understanding Phone Parts
Practical screen and battery removal and replacement. Identify the major internal iPhone components, what each does, how it connects and why careful handling matters.
Day 4 – Capstone: Complete iPhone Disassembly
Under supervision, each learner fully disassembles an iPhone, identifying components as they go and demonstrating correct tools, screw organisation, connector handling and safe procedures.
Day 5 – Capstone: Reassembly & Certification
Reassemble the iPhone and complete post-repair testing: display, touch, cameras, charging, audio, buttons and battery. Final practical assessment and Certificate of Completion.

We intentionally limit each class to five learners so you get more practical time, direct guidance and individual attention throughout the training.
